Hello,
I was previously using Sophos Central for Endpoint so I had all of our users already listed under People in Sophos Central. We've added Sophos Email today, so I ran an AD sync from my server that shows it completed successfully, both from the program and in the portal. However of our 18 users under People, only 3 of them were added to the Mailboxes section.
Anyone have any idea why? I can provide more information if needed.
