Sophos Server Protection Update problem

Hello everybody,

On Sophos Server Protection some client servers are not getting update properly?

How to quick solve this problem.

    Hello Riyad,

    could you give some details? Does updating fail due to download issues or does the install of one or more components fail? The Updating Log would be a start, for the former case the ALUpdate log has more details, for the latter the applicable (Un)Install logs from \Windows\Temp\ would be of interest.
