I installed Sophos on a computer. After some time, the user of the computer leaft the company, so without unistalling the client I removed the user and the computer from Sophos Central. The procedure was to format the computer and do a clean install when necessary, but another co-worker started using the computer. I needed to install a PUA so it was necessary to disable temper protection. The problem is that user and computer do not exist anymore on Central, since I removed them. Nevertless the antivirus still working and receiving updates, but I can´t disable temper protection and I can´t unistall. Formatting the machine is not an option by now. How can I add again the user/machine to the sophos central or unistall the client ?
