Group Report Generation

Hi

Please can you let me know how can we generate a report based on an individual site(Spain), rather than all other members in the Sophos Central Admin console? I thought you can create a group and add all devices or users within that group, may be that might  work?

 

I am looking for a report which we can distribute daily to this individual site which has 200+ devices/users or weekly basis and around "failed scans vs failed to protect", in these areas if possible.

Please Advise.

    Hello Gamma_786,

    Please log in to Sophos Central --> Logs & Reports ---> User report to see the available options. 
    In there, you can find the users information, as well as the group they belong to. You can then export the report to further filter it.

    There is also another report that might help you:
    Overview -->Endpoint Protection Dashboard--->Logs & Reports ---> Computers
    In there you can create computer Groups under the "Computer Groups tab"
    You can use the filter in order to select all computers with a bad status, for example. The group the machines belong to will be displayed as well. If needed, you can export

    Hello

     

    Thanks. I have tried what you have stated above, but going to those sub menus in the Sophos central console>Logs & Reports or Logs/Reports & Computers. However, there is no option to filter this data out to csv/pdf, But there are only options  for "print/PDF/CSV" formats, for the machines that you see under those menus and same with long list of user machines.

     

    If I was able to filter the data via some filter menu, then that would help. Correct me if a wrong?

    Hello Gamma_786,

    If you are at the Overview--->Endpoint Protection Dashboard--->Computers section,  you will not have the Export to PDF/csv options at the top. However, you can copy-paste the contents to an Excel spreadsheet and filter that way as needed.
