SUM 1.7.0

Hello I am currently running SUM 1.6.2 and am needing to upgrade to 1.7.0 for https updates. I see in the documentation that it should be released to those set at recommended, but 1.6.2 is as high as I am able to download. Has 1.7.0 been pulled or is it just not out completely?

    yes, the article says From July 2018, that usually means definitely not before, perhaps during, maybe in the following month. Like all other updates this one is rolled out throughout a certain period. Please also note that the dates are estimates and not definite and whether given as month or quarter not necessarily indicate that the rollout commences at the start of the period.
