After deleting a machine from the Sophos Central console, it doesn't report back to the console

 Hello Team,

 

I have deleted a Mac from the console. On the endpoint, I went and hit Update Now. The machine communicates fine, but it doesn't appear in the console.

 

Why am I not able to see the machine despite it updating properly?
