Hey Community,

There are instances where endpoints encounter issues with Office 365 because several URLs that it uses are blocked by the web-based email rule under your Web Control policy.

This KB article lists the URLs that are needed to be excluded from the Sophos Central Admin, to ensure the full functionality of Office 365.
