Server Protection on Windows Server 2008 enterprise // its installed, updated but without components or services running

Hi Friends! 

I have an issue with my Windows Server 2008 enterprise, with the Server Protection.

 

After install it I see the old version of Server Protection running (white icon on the task bar)

I tried to reinstall and keep showing the older version too.

Into my Central, I see the server updated but without Alert, without components installed and/or without the services running.

 

Any idea?  I already open a Ticket #8178829
