We have a customer with 159 showing users in the users pane
the dashboard shows 164 active users and one inactive (the Sophos Central super-user account)
the licencing page in the customer's central screen shows 184 users which is supposedly an over usage.
Does Sophos have an issue with maths when counting licences in Central or is my understanding of what a "user" is differ to their idea? I don't really understand how 159 users can be using 184 Intercept X licences? I have just done a check and they have 315 computers listed that have Intercept X deployed.
