Sophos not detecting a malware (netwirerc)

Question

I have a client whose SEIM application flagged a malware (Netwirerc) on an endpoint. But scanning with Sophos, it didn't detect it. 
 This is currently slowing down processes and activities in the clients environment. 
 How can this be resolved. 
 The client is currently running Sophos Advance bundle with no intercept X. 
 Awaiting kind responses.

Hi David, 
 You have posted this in the Server forum, this looks like an endpoint query. However, the response should be the same; please submit a sample to SophosLabs, also, please share a hash of the file, our ML engine might have detected this file. Whilst it doesn't immediately help you, as ML is included in Intercept X it would help others ascertain if they are protected.
