Problem with Sophos Central user based rule.

Hi,

I have made user based rule in Sophos central and lot of sites like facebook and gmail are blocked. But as soon as i remove the laptop from LAN and connect it to my personal wifi hotspot, the websites start opening. My question is that, if i have made user based rule then will it only work when i am connected in the company LAN?

    Hi Kandarp,

    Can you provide more information regarding the rule you have setup?

    Are you using the same user account when connecting to the wifi hotspot? 
    Please let us know what username is displayed in Sophos Central when you log in with your wifi hostpot.
