Remove Last Sophos Central Activity Message

Many systems of ours can go 2 weeks to 5 months without being used. This causes allot of systems to show a Medium status because of "Last Sophos Central Activity +Time". Is there any way to turn this off? If not we have to go through the list of every system to see what’s causing the medium status alert.

    Hi Alex, 

    Unfortunately, you cannot turn off certain alerts.  However, you can filter alerts by Activity to determine which computers have not been online for a certain amount of time:
    In Sophos Central go to Devices, sort by Activity, and then at the top sort by Health status.

    The latest Central update allows to better group and process alerts, including turning off email alerts (an all-or-nothing type of setting) among other things.
