Cloud Migration Tool Have Computers Status Stuck At Pending

I have a same issue with this guys.  I have about 32 pcs & laptops that are in the migration queue, but have status of pending and 14 pcs & laptops and have status of error Time Out.  They have been this way for  few weeks now, please can I have some answer.  Many thanks.
