Sophos central cache servers failed to download the updates

All of sudden we have got all Update Cache on Sophos Central Failed to Update. We had this issue in the past and fix was to re install the CACHE Server, However we wanted to have permanent fix for this issue,

I would appreciate, if someone could help me on this to fix the problem.

    There is a post below yours with a similar issue; as with that thread:

    Please can you log a support case for this? We are looking into a possible (intermittent) issue that this may be linked to. Once you have a case id, please let me know and I will add it to our ticket.
