Sophos/Hitman Pro and Windows SBS 2011

Has anyone had any issues with the latest Sophos/Hitman Pro update which was distributed on May 1st?
We had a few clients where remote access was blocked by all means (RDP and another option) after this update was installed.
The only option was to go to the client and shutdown/restart the server.
For the moment it looks like only SBS 2011 Servers have been having these issues.

  • After rebooting the servers involved the problem has not returned.

    Thanks for the link to the other thread.
    As I did not get a BSOD I did not look at that, but seems similar.
    Uninstalling a program would be difficult if you can't remote access to the specific server.
    Going on-site could involve a 100 mile journey for some cases :)
