Scheduled Scan does not run

I posted this elsewhere, scheduled scanning does not seem to be running in Sophos Central.  All computers are scheduled to scan at 9:00 pm on Friday.  That policy is still enabled   No scans have run.  What could be the problem.  This worked in the past until the new interface implemented upon our new license purchase.  It has not run since.

  • If you look at the endpoint in the Task Scheduler,  do you see a scheduled task called:

    "Sophos Cloud Scheduled Scan"

    If so, do the Conditions look ok?  

    I assume it runs:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Sophos Anti-Virus\BackgroundScanClient.exe with a GUID of the Scan config?

    Next run time look ok?

    What is the last run result?

    If you enable the history, does that help understand why it's not running?
