Is it possible to use the API to query user and license data for using in external report eninges?

Hi to toro,

You can query the user details via the central API. For the licensing details can be checked from the partner portal.

How do I get a list of the users logged onto a device within a period via the SIEM API.

The only user information I can find is the Last Logged User for any given agent.

I am successfully logging all device usage, but I have issues in evaluation users on Terminal Servers when logged in via Thin Clients and therefore no local agents.

Hi SimonP,

The logs will only provide the last logged user details. You can submit it as a feature request on our ideas page.
