Delete double user account

Hello,

my account is listed twice under users. One account is the admin account and this one is also synchronized with AD. The second account is Sophos Central managed. Both have the same email address. The second one has no logins and no computers connected. Still I am not able to delete the second account and it seems there is no way to merge the accounts.

How can I remove the second account?

  • Delete the account that has been synced from AD or make a new Super Admin Account with a email address and details that are for administrators. (not your inherited Domain Account). This way you can select the user and delete from the user view in the console after you have created another account you can fall back on. (For Admin Rights)
