Customers and Partners may experience temporary performance issues with their endpoints.
Issues that may be seen temporarily since 12:30 pm EDT with some US based customers:
- Policy updates and changes may be delayed.
- Endpoint Installations may take longer to install.
- Loading of the customer page in the Partner Portal dashboard may be delayed.
- Loading of the subestates in the Enterprise Dashboard may be delayed.
Development is actively working on this issue to resolve.
