Sophos Cloud Scheduled Scan starting but not finishing

Hello,

I encounter an issue when performing Sophos Cloud Scheduled Scan : the scan starts but doesn't finish.

This issue only happens on some computers.

When I look at "Sophos Cloud Scheduled Scan.txt", I can see that the scan is starting at the right date.

In Central, I don't see that Sophos Scheduled Scan is finished for this computer.

When I look at "SAV.txt", I can also see that it's starting at the right date, but it never finish :

BTW when I start a manual scan it ends in less than 2h.
