Problems with connectivity gateway when using ethernet VLAN

I'm working with a private cloud with 2 ESXi's. I have a client (VLAN 520), server (VLAN 521) and DMZ (VLAN 522) zone. All these zones are connected on a distributed switch. I set the gateway to every zone to an interface on my SOPHOS.

 

Client VLAN 520 -> 192.168.0.254 with Ethernet VLAN 520

Server VLAN 521 -> 192.168.1.254 with Ethernet VLAN 521

DMZ VLAN 522 -> 192.168.2.254 with Ethernet VLAN 522

 

 

I'm having the following problem:

The pings from every zone FAIL when I turn on the Ethernet VLAN. When I turn the Ethernet VLAN OFF my ping works. I'm confused because as soon as I set my interface to ethernet vlan 52x it fails.

 

Can anyone help me ?
