Is there an easy way to delete multiple inactive computers at once when you have both Endpoint Protection and Cloud Web Gateway installed?
At https://cloud.sophos.com/manage/smart-computers, we have a sortable "Last active" column. However, that only includes the activity for Endpoint Protection, and not Cloud Web Gateway.
We're fighting incomplete and broken installations of EP on computers where CWG is working fine - those will show inactive EP for many months, but very recent activity for CWG. I can't delete those. I need a way to see activity dates for both EP and CWG that has a multiple selection option.
I've been opening individual machines and deleting them one by one thus far, but with hundreds of machines going inactive every quarter due to turnover, decommissions, and deployments, I could use some help finding a better way.
I'll submit a feature request to embed CWG activity on the https://cloud.sophos.com/manage/smart-computers screen, but if I'm missing something currently in place, I'd appreciate the assistance.
