I have created a support ticket (#7928952) but was wondering if anybody had seen something like this before?
We run Windows 7x64 PCs here and we have noticed that a Z drive is now present which shows as disconnected in Explorer. However, when clicked on it allows access to our DFS root.
As soon as we remove Sophos, the Z drive disappears.
If we reinstall Sophos, the Z drive is back (we tried this on two different PCs to confirm).
I have found a PC that hasn’t updated Sophos for some weeks as it’s been failing, This doesn’t have the same issue and has an older version of ‘Sophos Endpoint Defence’ (v1.0.4.16). PCs with v1.3.0.369 have the Z drive. All other components seem to be on the same version on the working and non working PC.
