Lockdown is available for server 2016 so Will i have to reinstall ?

Hello guys,

 

As per the new list of features of sophos i saw that sophos lockdown feature is now available for server 2016 which was previously not available, so now do we need to reinstall sophos central on the server ? i ask becuase the lockdown option is not yet showing on the central portal ( cloud.sophos.com).

    Hello,

    We have started the rollout of the update required to support Lockdown on Server 2016; the option to Lock 2016 Servers will be enabled in Central once the rollout to all customers has finished. I expect the option to be available by Wednesday or Thursday next week.
