PCs missing in Sophos Central, entries seem to skip

Hi,

we got pre-installed pcs from our vendor. Seems they used an image which included Sophos Endpoint.

Now I'm missing 4 pcs in Sophos Central. The strange thing is that they were there before, when others were missing. Seems they skip.

Could it be Sophos installation uses the same machine id or something like that due to the used image? Any suggestions to fix this?
