Update installed previous version this morning

Hi,

Sophos Endpoint installed a previous version this morning via autoupdate. The version now installed is 10.7.6 VE3.70.2, the version installed before was 10.8.1 VE3.71.

Any information about this? Starting update process manually doesn't install a newer version now.

  • Hello

Is anyone still seeing this issue?

I have a number of endpoints that are stuck at 10.7.6 VE3.70.2, and the bulk of endpoints are at 10.8.1 VE3.72.1.

I have a case #8169411 raised with Sophos, but we've had no luck so far.

    Thanks.

  • To me it seems to be a problem of the central management. The clients show the right (new) version, only in Sophos Central the older version is listed.

Maybe you can check and confirm?

  • Hi Jelle

I think you're right. The endpoints all appear to be at the same version, even though Central is showing different versions.

I'll leave it with Sophos to investigate.

    Thank you.
