RE: Update failing with multiple errors

We too are experiencing errors on some of our machines. We have four computers that I have investigated and verified a problem with the update (but more are showing up with alerts) and trying to roll back a version is not working anymore either. We are unable to download from Sophos.

I am not sure if this is a separate issue. If it is determined to be a different problem, I can start a new thread.

    Hello Jessica Burdette,

    you might want to edit the subject of this thread.
    I've split your post to Central as it looks like a Central managed endpoint, moreover the failure happens with a download mechanism different from the one Failsal's machines use.
