nable to install Server protection on Windows Server 2008 - Registration Error

Hello, 
 i tried to install the server protection on a Windows Server 2008 but in the first step of the installation , the setup failed with the error :

I don't find any logs in the temp folder

Fixed by deleting the server in the console. I think the problem was because there is a old trend micro anti virus and a bad reinstallation (it's not made by me but a colleague).
