Qustodio and Sophos Home for Mac

Hello, I appear to have a compatibility issue between Qustodio and Sophos home. After installing Qustodio, websites are unreachable.

Qustodio uses it's own VPN to monitor web traffic.

Does anyone have any experience of this type of situation? Is there a way to allow web traffic to be routed through other Routes as well as Sophos.

    Hi , 

    It would seem there is a conflict between the two. Both serve the same purpose so only one would work, I do not know how the application works or the web request was monitored. But it is recommended that you would use only one product to manage your web request.

    Hello Aditya, thank you for your reply.

    I understand the issue with the web requests. However I still wish to use an av product and prefer Sophos as it is good on Mac.

    Is there a way to isolate the web monitoring function? Turning off protection on the Sophos Home web configuration page didn't help.

    Hi RC, 

    Unfortunately, we do not have an option to disable web filtering on our product.  You may kill the process "SophosWebIntelligence" and it should work but this will leave you unprotected from malicious websites.
