Here’s feedback on v9.2.7, threat detection engine 3.60.00:
1. In the Quarantine Manager window (“show details”) the path and filename data is longer than the width of the window. Since the window is not able to be expanded (usually by dragging lower right corner) the complete path cannot be seen. Please make the QM window resizable so that we can see the entire pathname.
2. If after clicking “Clean Up Threat” button the clean up fails, this is not logged. It is important to know the reason for a failed clean up. Please add clean up attempts and failures (and reasons for failures) to the log.
3. In QM when clicking on a threat listed and then clicking on the Reveal in Finder button, in Finder only the enclosing folder is highlighted. If in fact, as I suspect in this case, the file is not located in the folder it would be very helpful to know that the file is not there (“File not found”, or such) or whatever SVP “thinks” is the problem. And to log this.
