Sophos stalling

Sophos stalls when I reaches a certain file (crushftp3.dmg). I have searched my MAC and no such file is found. How can I delete this file and get the scan to continue?

    Everything works except that when I click on "Stop Scan" it doesn't do anything.  The same window just stays the same.  It won't stop and remains stalled. I did stop TimeMachine, etc. but can't get the Sophos window to offer up the Start Scan option.  Sigh.
