Sophos stalling

Sophos stalls when I reaches a certain file (crushftp3.dmg). I have searched my MAC and no such file is found. How can I delete this file and get the scan to continue?

    How could you tell which file it was stuck on?  My scanning is also stuck but it doesn't say on what or where. It also says, up to the sticking point, "No threats founds, but when I click on the "Quarantine Manager" option it shows 3 thrats. ???
