Even partial scans never complete

Using v9.0.1 with OS v10.8.4 I've a couple of problems. With Web Protection on Firefox and Safari do not load pages, turn this off and they do. Also with this on or off a message says 'This scan has never been completed'. This happens with a complete or partial scan.

    Is this two issues?  One for a problem loading web pages because the Live Protection feature in SAV 9 seems to be interfering and a second problem about disk scans never completing?

    And do you have a Grab (screenshot) of a web page affected by the Liver Protection issue with the URL - it's then possible to test and say if this is just your computer or not.

    Am trying to sort problems about loading/not loading pages with Mr Cook a senior devolopment manager. Do not quite understand the 2nd paragraph of your message, can you explain more simply please.

    Don't worry - I've read the other post (currently at 3 pages) here.  Makes more sense now.

    Sounds like you're working with a developer - if you find out anything interesting do post again.

    BTW:  I think this thread can be closed and all info is put into the other one.
