Cleanup still in progress after 6 hours - ?

The on-demand scanner showed Mal/Phish-A threat, but with the filename showing as ... which I've not seen before. It said it could be cleaned up, but the cleanup is still going after 6 hours. Should I just stop it? What's with the odd filename?

    Maybe the file is located in a System folder or another user's home folder.  It doesn't know who's looking at the screen so is hiding it?

    The message says to authenticate to clean up.  If you click the padlock (shown in the screenshot) does the path and file name show up?
