I cant get the installer to open after downloading. I'm using Lion.  Any ideas?  thanks

    You were able to download and mount the DMG image?

    Just clarifying, as we've got a number of threads on this issue on the forum, and the only people unable to run the pkg installer from the disk image are on 10.4 PPC Macs, where the actual Apple Installer.app has vanished at some point during their update process.
