Scan now with Sophos Anti-Virus not showing on right-click

I have just installed Sophos on my MacBook Air and the command "Scan now with Sophos Anti-Virus" is not showing on right-click as described in this video (http://www.sophos.com/en-us/products/free-tools/sophos-antivirus-for-mac-home-edition.aspx#howRightScan ) on the Sophos website.

Any advice? Sophos has installed correctly and I have performed a complete computer scan. It is individual file scanning that I cannot do

    I believe in recent versions of SAV, that command has moved to the services menu.  Searching these forums for "contextual menu" should provide you with tips for getting that working if the scan option is fully absent from your contextual menu.
