Install problem...

Just in stalled sophos on my MacBook Pro without problem.  Tried to install on my wife's MacBook and it fails. Try to run the installer and it just comes up with a terminal window containing:

Last login: Sat Mar 10 11:00:07 on ttys000
Vigor104:Sophos Anti-Virus Home Edition.mpkg wifesname$

both machines are running Lion, both have lots of disc space.  What am I doing wrong?

    Likely nobody's encountered the situation before.

    This really shouldn't happen, as for some reason the pkg filetype seems to have been associated with your wife's terminal.app application, or some other strange thing like that.

    Best suggestion: repair permissions and then repair disk -- it's possible there's something not quite right on her Mac.
