Since this morning Sophos keeps reporting threats, but can't clean it up, and the file path is not helpful:

Sophos pops up the alert up when the Time Machine attempts to do a backup, but I can't find the file anywhere on my Mac so don't know why it would be on the backups. Any ideas? Is there some way to just disable checks on backup volumes? I set to exclude On-access Scanning from /Volumes/Time Machine Backups/ but that doesn't seem to resolve the problem.
