What is Troj/Bredo-CR threat?

Just ran this for the first time on my Mac. 31 threats of 'Troj/Bredo-CR ' ... but the 'clean up threat' and the 'clear from list' are both gray, inaccessible.

What to do?

Troj/Bredo-CR generally relates to those "Your package failed delivery" emails with a "United Parcel Service Waybill.zip" style attachment. The included exe/pdf/other exploit is designed to compromise Windows machines and make them part of the Bredo botnet.
As long as you delete the messages and attachments from your mail program and any Time Machine backups you've got, that should be enough.
