Sophos Free Encryption Please HELP!!!

Hi Guys

Hope you all are well

I have windows XP SP3

Sophos Free encryption 2.40.1.1

I had a lot of encrypted files in Sophos and all of a sudden they are all gone? I have no Idea why it would of disappeared. I have changed nothing and it has been working fine.

Is there a way to get these files back? I have a file on my Desktop called Peronal.uti where all my data was and all I see inside that is Filename “dot ( . )” and the size “0” and date “19/03/1726” which is strange as my system date is fine!

Hope you guys can assist as there is important data there L
