Sophos Virus Removal Tool 1606 error

Hi,

I've just updated my Sophos Virus Removal Tool, which ran perfectly before.  Now when I try to run it I get a 1606 error.  I've tried downloading and installing on several drives several times but always get the same problem.  What should I do, please?
