Sophos Won't load properly.

I get the following error: " The Sophos Virus Removal Tool could not be started. For more information see log file."

I looked at log file and it states the following:

    Hello hybridhelper,

    "This service cannot be started in Safe Mode" is quite clear - you have to run SVRT in normal Windows mode. If you have not booted into Safe Mode though this would indicate some error.
