Dear Mr./Mrs ...,

We have a website that sophos deams as having a trojan virus detection, but you website scan says that the site is clean...

Sophos message: see attachments

Secure website scan shows... and note...even sophos says site is clean...

We have Sophos Enterprise version 10.00 with daily updates...

System info see attached Word document...

Can someone please tell me what the problem is???

Thanks for your time and the reply, but in our Sophos Enterprise Console (5.1.0.1839), the Web control policy is not "Enabled" and the default policy is not active.
I will checkout the knowledge base articles that you sent me...

The website http://westcoastchallenge.nl gives the trojan threat, but the actual site: http://wcc.hetwep.nl doesnt…same site, same software, same maker…

I still have issues with http://westcoastchallenge.nl. Can you advise me on what to do about the SOPHOS reaction, that you also had when going to the site?
