What is Mal/JSRedir-F

After scan I got rid of Mal/JSRedir-F but I can't find out what it is? Could some tell me what it is? can't find out how serious it is? what it did to my computer? How did i get it? what did it do all my info/log ins/passwords etc? Please explain. Thanks in advance

    Thank you for answering my question. I still don't know what it did to my computer before it was found--after I download sophos. I cleared out cache. Should I do anything else. Should I change passwords? Or is it gone and I shouldn't worry or call my bank etc .just how serious is this? Is it a worm or trojan etc?
