I run this program weekly and have never had a problem.Today the program found 184 hidden files with no further information.When I tried to do a cleanup on a few of the files,it said that these files may be needed by my computer and suggested not to clean them.None of the other security programs I normally run have found anything questionable(Spyware Blaster,Windows Defender,fseasyclean,Malwarebytes' anti-malware,AVG anti-virus).I run WinXP SP3 Home Edition fully patched.I don't know how to proceed.Can you help?
