Cannot DRAG item into Custom Scans.

This is the first time I need a Custom Scan. I've read the instructions, but the selected file WILL NOT DRAG anywhere. I can't even drag it into the trash! How can I perform a custom scan or, better yet, how can I cleanup this threat?

I'm not sure what exactly you're trying to drag and where. However have you seen the video on scanning your Mac? It may help explain how to perform a custom scan.

I'm not sure what exactly you're trying to drag and where. However have you seen the video on scanning your Mac? It may help explain how to perform a custom scan.
