Sophos not running

Hi,

I'm having a small issue with Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac (OS 10.7.5) which is running on my Mac mini. It doesn't start at start up and a couple of minutes later a small window pops up (see attachment) with the following message: "Sophos anti-virus is not running". I've checked and it's up to date (9.0.11). What should I do to have it run like it did before?

    Excuse me for my English, my first language is Dutch so i'll hope you'll understand. 

    I just followed the steps above (after clicking on the link).

    And the 'saveout.log' folder isn't empty. This is what's in there:
