Cleanup Failed

When I ran Sophos, it identified a threat but also indicated "Cleanup Failed," so what do I do now?

I'm having a similar problem. I've looked at other threads, trying to figure out how to resolve, but most refer to Time Machine issues. That is not a problem in my case as my TM has not been activated in a few months. I need guidance on how to get rid of these **bleep** trojans plz!
