Cleanup Threat dimmed

I installed Sophos today and did a First-time scan which uncovered 147 threats.  I was able to clean up the first 10 then the Cleanup Threat button dimmed and I can't progress any further.  Any advice would be gratefully received

    Can you check the scan log and see where the items are located?  See the thread linked below for info. on where the logs are.

    Or maybe even selecting the item in the quarantine manager and checking the lower panel is enough to reveal the location.  Example:

    It's common for the items that cannot be cleaned up to be located in a Time Volume etc. - or some other location that SAV can read from but can't get write access to so it can delete the threats.
