I installed Sophos Anti-virus MAC Home Edition Version Version 9.0.8. On a scan found two virus one Trogan that my son had downloaded. Sophos allowed me to quarantene and remove these. Unfortunately from that time no browsers are able to access the internet from his login. Have Checked 'Hosts' file and this is unchanged. All other users have access to the internet via Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
Have had to remove Sophos temperarily until I am able to get him access again. Any ideas?
